When we officially opened our doors, we started out as a fairly traditional computer company. We provided networking services; we had an in-house line of high quality computers; we provided personal training; and we had a full service shop for providing upgrades and repairs. Along the way we also began developing several software packages for local customers. Then in 1996 we decided to enter the property adjusting software business. We listened to adjusters about the concern and need for an affordable and easy-to-use adjusting package. That, my friend, was the beginning of PowerClaim.
Since PowerClaim's birth we have made tremendous progress on the software. This is thanks to you the end-user. All the technical wizardry in the world won't help us create a software package that is more yours than it is ours. What enables us to create the most affordable, easy-to-use, software package on the market today, is your suggestions. Every feature you see in PowerClaim is there because you have asked to see it. It is our goal to give you exactly what you want, an easy and affordable software package...no excuses!
**Since Hawkins Research offers a 30 day fully functional trial version of our software products to be sure that it will meet your needs, there are no refunds after purchase. If a customer purchases a license for one of our products, we do not offer a refund. It is our policy that once we have distributed a license that the sale is final and can not be refunded.
