18a Beta1 adds two new features

Release 18a Beta1 brings two new features and some fixes.

The big long term feature requested this release added is the ability to search across ALL three pricing databases at the SAME time to find the item you are looking for so at a click you can enter that line item into the estimate. Before you had to manually open each materials pricing database and search them one at a time.

The second feature request we added is Canadian city cost indexes for the main cities in the country. A simple tool for addressing exchange rates keeps the prices reflecting these exchange rate issues was added as well.
