Tip
of the Month: Importing PDF Documents
|

One
of the most requested features in PowerClaim XML is now available
as part of release 17 Beta 4: Importing PDF documents into your
claims!
To
import a PDF file, click on the "Forms" menu and select
"Supporting Documents." Next, click on the small arrow
next to the "Add Documents" button and select "Add
PDF." Choose the PDF file you wish to add from your computer.
The file will now be viewable and printable from within PowerClaim
XML!

Cincinnati
Training

The second PowerClaim XML training class
of 2007 will be held in Cincinnati, OH on Wednesday, May
23rd. The class will run from 9:00am to 4:00pm with a
one-hour break for lunch. Register before May 4, 2007
and save $50.00 off the registration fee, for a total
cost of $149.00.
Slots are still available for the Charlotte
class on Wednesday, April 25th. Registration is first-come,
first-serve. The deadline to register is Friday, April
13th, so time is limited.

Spotlight: Ashley Cook
|
|
|
|
Ashley Cook has been with Hawkins Research,
Inc. since November of 2005, and is currently the Event
Coordinator. She has been instrumental in planning all
trade shows and training classes that HRI has been involoved
in.
Ashley finished a Bachelor of Science in
Marketing at Murray State University in August of 2005.
Aside from planning events, she spends her time working
with the Marketing and Sales departments. She also headed
up the recent Microsoft Case Study done on HRI and IMS.
"Ashley is a very dedicated employee
and brings such a positive attitude to HRI," said
Joanna Carraway, Customer Support Manger. "Regardless
of the task at hand, she is always willing help everyone
around her."
Her orgranizational and planning skills
are certainly commodities to HRI, along with her hard-working
attitude. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling. She
hopes one day to see Hawaii.
