Tip of the Month: Attaching Logos

With PowerClaim XML, you have the ability to attach your company's logo to your estimates. This is a simple and easy way to improve the professional and personalized look of your estimates.

To Attach a Logo to the Estimate:

  1. From the Reports screen, make sure that the "Report Settings" tab is selected.

  2. Click "Set Company Logo".

  3. Click "Add Logo".

  4. Browse to the location on your computer that contains the deisred logo and double click on it to add it to the library.

  5. Once it is added, highlight the logo by clicking on it one time in the Claim Photo Gallery.

  6. Click "Set Logo".

  7. Preview your Complete Estimate, and see the difference adding a logo can make to the look of your report!

Meet our Staff: Kyser Lough

One of the benefits of using the PowerClaim family of solutions is free training. While telephone walk throughs are still available, there has been a recent surge in demand for training through Microsoft Live Meeting. As a result, the Training Coordinator, Kyser Lough, has been pretty busy.

He joined HRI in December of 2005 after graduationg from Murray State University with a degree in Public Relations. Not long after that time, it was decided that his combination of communication and technical skills would make him a successful trainer. He is also a member of the Marketing team and designs a lot of marketing and sales materials.

Kyser now works extensively with the Live Meeting system, and is constantly trying to improve the success rate of his training sessions, and make sure that all of you and your company's training needs are met.
