NACA Tradeshow

In January, HRI will be attending its first tradeshow of 2007. NACA (National Association of Catastrophic Adjusters) will be held January 8-11 in Ft. Worth, Texas at the Hilton Fort Worth Hotel. We would like to invite everyone to visit us at our booth.

We will also be having a PowerClaim XML training class during this tradeshow on January 9 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm. If you are interested in attending, please call for more information.

Tip of the Month: Operation Builder

The operation builder on the line item screen can be very helpful when working with multiple operations for one item.

To use this feature:

  1. Go to the line item screen and click the drop down arrow under the "Operations" heading.
  2. Choose "Operation Builder". From this box, you will be able to easily view each operation and the price associated with them.
  3. Click the box to the left of the operation to choose which ones you want to include.

Note: The operations that have a price associated with them are listed in green.

Employee Spotlight: Stacie Collins

Stacie Collins is currently a Customer Support Representative at Hawkins Research, Inc, and has been working in this position since October of 2005. During that time she has completed an undergraduate degree in History from Murray State University.

She has been a very special addition to the HRI family, and has brought excellent technical and communication skills to her department. To Stacie, customer support is not about the problem, it is about the person on the other end of the phone. "I enjoy talking with people and being able to help with their problem to make their day a little better."

She believes that in an situation it is important to remember to keep everything in perspective, and not overreact. It is this positive attitude that makes Stacie very good at her job, and HRI is proud of the work she is doing with customers.
