Stacie Collins is currently a Customer Support
Representative at Hawkins Research, Inc, and has been
working in this position since October of 2005. During
that time she has completed an undergraduate degree in
History from Murray State University.
She has been a very special addition to
the HRI family, and has brought excellent technical and
communication skills to her department. To Stacie, customer
support is not about the problem, it is about the person
on the other end of the phone. "I enjoy talking with
people and being able to help with their problem to make
their day a little better."
She believes that in an situation it is
important to remember to keep everything in perspective,
and not overreact. It is this positive attitude that makes
Stacie very good at her job, and HRI is proud of the work
she is doing with customers.
