of the Month: Adding Custom Line Items to Databases
|
 |
|
If
you enter custom line items into your estimates, you can easily
save them to the cost database to access later.
To
use this feature:
-
Enter
in at least a Category, Item, and Type/Grade. Operations and
prices are optional, but will also save.
-
Right
click anywhere on the line item and choose "Add to Database"..
-
In
a new line item, notice your Category, Item and Type/Grade,
along with any operations or costs, are now accessible from
the drop-down menus.

Employee
Spotlight: Elizabeth Parker
|
|
|
|
Elizabeth Parker of Mayfield, KY, currently
holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hawkins
Research, Inc. Elizabeth earned her Bachelors Degree in
Accounting from Southern Illinois University and has been
with HRI since June of 2005.
Every time an invoice is sent or a PowerClaim
license is renewed, Elizabeth is behind it. She manages
the budget, payroll, and taxes with ease. Outside of HRI,
Elizabeth has sincere passion for animals. She serves
as a member on the board of directors of her local animal
shelter and fosters many of the shelter's dogs.
Mr. Hawkins likes to say that Elizabeth
sees the world in dollars - a sign of any good financial
officer. Nevertheless, it is Elizabeth's hard work and
bright smile that really contribute to the company's value.
