Net Services Integration |

In 17RC1, PowerClaim Net Services is now built in to PowerClaim
XML. This allows all customers the ability to upload and download
claims from the web. Everyone is invited to try out PowerClaim
Net Services, free of charge, until September 30th, 2007. This
no-obligation trial gives you access to full range of options
from our claims management system, including online storage/backup
of your claims.

Import |
|
 PDF
files, one of the most commonly used file formats for digital
documents, can now be imported into any claim file from the Supporting
Documents section. This will actually import the entire document
into the claim and print it with your reports.

| Advanced
(Prior) Payment |
|
 A
new field in the Estimates Settings screen now allows you to input
an advanced payment on a claim. This will print out on the Statement
of Loss, Short From and optionally in the Complete Estimates reports.

| Multiple
Invoices |
|
 Generate
multiple invoices and payments for a claim from the new Invoice
screen in PowerClaim XML. Partial payments on an invoice are also
available.

| Deductibles
by Percentage |
 For
the first time, PowerClaim XML users may now set an estimate
deductible based on a percentage of the limit amount. This option
allows more flexibility when setting up your estimate.

| Trade-based
Depreciation |
 Need
to apply blanket depreciation based on the different trades in an
estimate? Using our new Gloabal Trade Change form, you are now able
to do just that. Simply select the trade and type in the new depreciation.

our 24/7 Online Payment and Authorization Center.
With an internet connection and a few clicks
of the mouse, you can be back up and running in no time.
Whether it's loading existing days into a new install of
PowerCLaim or purchasing additional days, it can all be
done during a time convenient to you. Simply go to powerclaim.com
and click the "Online Payment" or "Online
Authorization" link at the bottom of the screen. Login
using the email address we have on file (call beforehand
during business hours to update your email address if it
has changed).
