Pricing Change

Hawkins Research, Inc. is continuing to work hard to provide quality software solutions for the insurance, underwriting, and construction industries at an affordable price for both large carriers and the independent adjuster.

In order to adapt to the changing market and continue to provide you with the quality claims handling solutions, we will be increasing the rates for PowerClaim XML. The new rates will take effect on December 1, 2006, and will be as follows:

Though our prices are changing, we are proud to still be able to offer PowerClaim XML at rates that are significantly less than other software options, and still maintain the quality you have come to expect from PowerClaim solutions.

We will also continue to provide free technical support and training videos.

Tip of the Month: Right Click Options

HWhen PowerClaim XML version 16C was released, it included a new right-click option in a variety of areas. Users can right click to edit, delete, copy, paste and more.

The following is a list of several areas where the right click function is available.

Employee Spotlight: William Morris

William Morris has always been a "people person", so Sales has been a natural fit for him at Hawkins Research, Inc. As a sales representative, he works with both potential and existing customers.

He began working with HRI as a full-time customer support representative in October of 2005, while he was studying Marketing at Murray State University. He was moved to the sales department in December because HRI saw that he had the skills and personality necessary to be successful in that area.

"What I love most about sales is traveling, meeting new people, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Basically, I love everything about it." William has been working tirelessly to help the company grow, and HRI is proud of what he has accomplished so far. But William Morris does not plan to slow down, and will continue to be a part of the company's success.
