Hawkins Research is now offering a preview of the
upcoming 16C version of PowerClaim XML. Many of our customers
have been anxiously awaiting this release which contains many
new features and improvements. Some of these new additions were
added as a result of customer requests.
While 16C is still in a testing stage, HRI understands
that some customers will want to take advantage of this opportunity
to see it briefly before it is released. These prescheduled "previews"
will take place using Microsoft Live Meeting with our Training
Coordinator.

Tip
of the Month: Diagram Text
|

Adding
text improves the overall professional look of your diagrams.
For those of you just beginning to use the diagramming section,
or if you need a refresher, follow the steps below:
To
Add Text:
- Click
on the "ABC" tool located to the left of the screen.
- Place
your mouse over the area you wish to place your text, and
click your left mouse button one time.
- A box
titled "Format Text" will appear. Type in the text
box, and click "OK".
- To change
the font, size, or color of the text, click on the "Font"
button.
To Move Text:
- Click on the arrow tool located to the left of the screen.
- Click and hold down your left mouse button on the text to
move it to a different location.
To Edit Text:
- Click on the arrow tool located to the left of the screen.
- Double left click on the text to edit.

Spotlight: Jennifer Boyken
|
|
|
|
Jennifer Boyken is originally from Kentucky,
but for seventeen years she lived and worked in Huntsville,
Alabama. After working in the medical field for many years,
she decided she needed a career change. Always being proficient
with computer technology, it was an easy choice to move
to the growing field of website development.
In 2005, she made the move back to her home
state of Kentucky. In October of that year, she started
work with Hawkins Research as a Customer Support representative.
While working to serve PowerClaim customers, she is also
hard at work on the company website and monthly newsletter.
Besides her strong work ethic, she believes
in having fun at work. She frowns rarely and laughs often.
Always a person her peers can rely on for support, Jennifer
has become a valuable asset to everyone at Hawkins Research.
