Did
you know that you can print a report from PowerClaim XML that
breaks down every line item into separate material, labor and
equipment cost?
All
you have to do is go to the Reports screen and check the "Separate
Material, Labor & Equip" box, and then print a Complete
Estimate report. All of your line items will now show the broken
down cost information.

Spotlight: Jimmy Copeland
|
|
|
|
James "Jimmy" Copeland has been
with Hawkins Research, Inc. since April 2007 and works
in the IT department as and IT technician. His main duties
are maintaining the network and performing system maintenance.
Jimmy is finishing up his B.S. in Telecommunications
Systems Management with an emphasis in System Administarion
and Security. Once completed Jimmy will begin work on
a Masters Degree in Information Security and Assurance.
He earned the distinguished Microsoft Certified System
Administration Certification last month. He is currently
3 exams away from the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer,
which is the highest certification Microsoft awards.
"Jimmy has been invaluable to not only
our department but to the whole company," said Crystal
Rogers, IT Manager. "It will be a sad day when he
finishes his bachelor's degree and moves off to start
his master's."
Jimmy's hard work has helped keep our systems
up and running efficiently, and we at HRI would not be
able to offer stellar customer support without a stable
network.
Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys reading science
fiction, playing with new network security tools, listening
to a variety of music and spending time with his wife.
