Every Tuesday at 10:00am CST and Thursday at 2:00pm CST, join members of the PowerClaim support staff for free real-time online training. Whether you are just getting started, or are a seasoned PowerClaim Pro, these sessions are for you.
During one of our online training sessions, you will be able to see PowerClaim in action, ask questions on our toll-free voice conferencing, and even take control of PowerClaim to demonstrate your questions!
The session is conducted using DimDim. We provide you with the information on how to access the meeting, and a toll-free number to call for voice conferencing.

How do I log into the training?
You will be sent an email approximately 2 hours before the start of the training.
It will include detailed information regarding logging in. If you have not received
the email by 1 hour before the start of the training, please check your junk
and/or spam mail folders. If you still do not have the email, call 1-800-736-1246
and request it be sent again.
Do I need to have PowerClaim authorized on my computer?
Do I need to have PowerClaim running on my computer?
Not at all! You can attend the training even if PowerClaim is not yet installed
on your system. The copy of PowerClaim you will be seeing comes from within
our offices.
Do I need anything on my computer to join the training?
There is nothing you need to download in order to join the training session. Once you have clicked the link to join the meeting,
you will be prompted to type in your name.
How do I listen to the audio during the training?
You will need to call the toll-free audio conference line provided in the login
email. When you call you will need to enter the participant code also provided.
What if something comes up and I'm not able to attend the meeting?
We understand that in this industry, things can come up very quickly. If you
are unable to attend a training that you've signed up for, please email us
or call and let us know you will not be attending.
Neither of those times work for me, can I still get training?
Yes, you can! Either call our Sales Department at 1-800-736-1246 ext. 3 or email
our Sales Department and ask
about other times for training.
Can this be used to train my whole branch / company at once?
Yes, it can. If you are the manager of a group of employees and wish to train
them in PowerClaim XML all at once, we can set up a separate training session
just for you. Other than PowerClaim staff, only you and your employees will
be in attendance. Please call or email our Sales Department (Sales@powerclaim.com,
1-800-736-1246 ext. 3) to get set up.
