PowerClaim Net Services!
PowerClaim Net Services is a web-based claims management solution that will provide executive management reports, data storage and mining. It allows managers to keep track of what adjusters are paying for items, create deviation reports, and assign and track claim assignments throughout the company. Carriers will also have the ability to generate customized cost databases based on pricing from company adjusters. By using the pricing overlay feature, pricing deviations that occur in the field can be more accurately reported and help protect carriers from systematic underpayment charges by consumer protection groups.
Helping carriers improve their loss ratios is the reason PowerClaim Net Services was created. It is important that managers know what is and is not being measured in a specific management report for successful interpretations. Report specifics can be modified from one report to the next until it is found which types of management reports are meeting company needs. To create management reports, adjusters and direct contractors simply upload their claim files in progress. Once the claim is closed, the carrier will have the ability to view the adjuster and contractor files.
The data from PowerClaim XML to PowerClaim Net Services is synchronized and is available immediately for management reporting. We can provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports of management data. Some reports can be scheduled monthly, and others, such as storm pricing deviations, can be scheduled daily. If deviations are consistent among adjusters, changes to the current storm pricing overlay can be completed as needed.
