PowerNspection

PowerNspection is our user-friendly Apple iOS app designed for onsite property inspections or loss control surveys. The app allows users to collect property information and take photos for multiple buildings, flag areas of concern, and generate PDF reports.  The app was designed with insurance inspectors in mind, but inspection questions are completely customizable.  PowerNspection is integrated with PowerITV, our property valuation software. Customers that purchase both products can transfer data to PowerITV to reduce the duplication of data entry, improve efficiency, as well as back up inspection data to the cloud.  

 

PowerNspection is also integrated with IMT Software Services.  Shared customers can import policy data from IMT and transfer reports to their IMT Imaging folders.

PowerNspection Features

iOS App

PowerNspection is an Apple iOS app that can be installed from the App Store on your iPad or iPhone. Users will need to purchase a license to create reports and backup data to the cloud.

Integrations

PowerNspection is integrated with PowerITV and IMT Software Services.  Policy data can be imported from IMT, and reports can be transferred to IMT Imaging.  Inspection data can be imported to PowerITV valuations to eliminate duplication of data entry. 

Reports

Inspection reports can be saved as a PDF , emailed, transferred to PowerITV, and transferred to IMT Software Services Imaging folders.  Report content is customizable.   

Photos

Photos can be added for each building and for solid fuel equipment.  Individual photos can be hidden on the inspection report and optionally saved to the device gallery.

Customizable

Inspection forms include a standard set of questions, but these can be customized for each building type.  Users can also create their own custom questions if desired.

Solid Fuel

Information and photos for solid fuel equipment such as wood stoves can be collected with a customizable form.
